The Peace Pledge
| I solemnly pledge to work towards creating a world based on peace housed in the firmament of a universal respect for the peoples of all cultures. I will work to establish a semblance of patience within myself enabling me to be kind and gentle to all living beings and I will learn to develop a deep respect and fascination with world cultures and all the diversity they offer, enriching my life, and the lives of all. Further, I take it as my responsibility to engage, in a way which I am most comfortable with, in the peace process via intervention when injustices are being served.
Beyond that, I openly share my beliefs, experiences, and culture with others in the hope of establishing a permanent peace based on the great diversity of world cultures.
